Privacy Policy

I. Basic provisions

  1. The personal data controller referred to in Article 4 (7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter „GDPR“) is Ing. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual person; an identifiable individual person is a individual person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier, such as name, identification number, location information, network identifier or to one or more specific elements of the physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity of that individual person.
  4. The administrator has not appointed a privacy officer.

II. Sources and categories of processed personal data

  1. The controller processes the personal information you have provided to it or the personal information that the controller has obtained as a result of your order.
  2. The administrator processes your identification and contact information and the data necessary to perform the contract.

III. Legal Reason and Purpose of Personal Data Processing

  1. The legal reason for processing personal data is
    1. performance of the contract between you and the administrator pursuant to Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR,
    2. the legitimate interest of the controller in the provision of direct marketing (in particular for sending commercial communications and newsletters) pursuant to Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR,
    3. Your consent to processing for the purpose of providing direct marketing (in particular for sending commercial messages and newsletters) pursuant to Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR in conjunction with Section 7 (2) of Czech Law 480/2004 on certain information society services in the event that goods or services have not been ordered.
  2. The purpose of processing personal data is
    1. processing your order and exercising the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the administrator; when ordering, the personal data required for the successful execution of the order (name and address, contact), a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract, without the provision of personal data it is not possible to conclude the contract or fulfill it by the administrator,
    2. sending business messages and doing other marketing activities.
  3. There is no automatic individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR. You have given your explicit consent to such processing.

IV. Data retention period

  1. Administrator keeps personal information
    1. for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the Administrator and to assert claims arising from such contractual relationships (for a period of 15 years from the termination of the contractual relationship).
    2. for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the Administrator and to assert claims arising from such contractual relationships (for a period of 15 years from the termination of the contractual relationship).
  2. After the personal data retention period has expired, the controller will delete the personal data.

V. Recipients of personal data (subcontractors)

  1. The recipients of personal data are persons
    1. involved in the delivery of goods / services / payments under contract,
    2. providing e-shop and other e-shop services,
    3. providing marketing services.
  2. The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (to a non-EU country) or an international organization.

VI. Your Rights

  1. Under the conditions set out in GDPR you have
    1. the right of access to your personal data pursuant to Article 15 of the GDPR,
    2. the right to rectify personal data pursuant to Article 16 of the GDPR, or to limit processing under Article 18 of the GDPR.
    3. the right to have personal data deleted pursuant to Article 17 of the GDPR.
    4. the right to object to processing under Article 21 of the GDPR.
    5. the right to data portability under Article 20 of the GDPR and
    6. the right to withdraw consent to processing in writing or electronically to the administrator's e-mail or e-mail address specified in Article III of these Conditions.
  2. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your right to privacy has been violated.

VII. Conditions of security of personal data

  1. The controller declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard personal data.
  2. The administrator has taken technical measures to secure paper and personal data storage, in particular by selecting a reliable supplier of these services.
  3. The controller declares that only authorized persons have access to personal data.

VIII. Final Provisions

  1. By submitting an order from the online order form, you acknowledge that you are familiar with and accept the terms of the privacy policy.

  3. The Administrator is entitled to change these terms and conditions. It will post a new version of the Privacy Policy on its website and at the same time send you a new version of these Terms and Conditions your e-mail address that you provided to the Administrator.

These Terms and Conditions shall take effect on 1 January 2020.
